Delivery
- We will deliver your goods (dogs clothes, dog collar and leads, dog accessories, dog carrier bags and so on) to the address you have provided during your order for delivery as soon as possible after your order is accepted.
- Of course we will contact you if there is an excessive delay with the dispatch of your goods or an out-of stock situation.
- We only charge you one postal charge per order. If we have to send out replacement items they will be free of charge.
- If you require a refund on a discounted item, please note that you will be refunded the discounted price.
- We take great care to ensure every piece leaves us in perfect condition. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been damaged during transport, customers should notify us by email on the same day if they wish to return. We will reimburse the postage cost of faulty returns. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service as we cannot consider returns that we don't receive.
Returns & Exchanges : 100% guarantee
- We are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a refund. The goods should be returned unwashed and unworn, all labels intact and all garments should be in a proper resaleable condition and are required to be returned within 10 days of receipt. Please note that if you have been used the item(s) the return policy is not in charge.

All returns must be sent using an insured postal service. We will refund or exchange only after an item is actually received by us. Please state clearly your reasons for return, and include your full name and delivery address. If a replacement product is required, please state clearly your new requirements i.e.: size. Please keep your proof of delivery receipt safe until your refund is received from us. Items lost in transit to us are not refundable, and in this case you must claim from the delivery insurance used at the time of return.
Please note that postage will need to be paid for. Please remember to obtain proof of postage from your Post Office. On the receipt of goods, your refund/exchange will be arranged if goods are in resellable condition.
- Refunds will be credited to original method of payment. Once the item(s) have been refunded you will receive a confirmation email from Multisafepay. If the item(s) are being exchanged, they will be despatched immediately (if in stock).

Return of faulty goods
Hot Trendy Petshop shall refund the sums already paid for the purchase of the products and the shipping costs for the delivery of the purchased products to you only if the products are returned for reasons that may be due to Hot Trendy Petshop, as in the case where the products do not have the promised essential characteristics or have manufacturing defects. Hot Trendy Petshop shall refund sums already paid as soon as possible and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which Hot Trendy Petshop became aware of your decision to exercise your return right. We will promptly start the procedure for refunding the sums, after having confirmed that the terms and conditions stated above have been duly complied with. For further instructions see above.
Product Details
- If the Goods you order are unavailable Hot Trendy Petshop will notify you as soon as possible and suggest a suitable replacement. An item in very high demand may be delayed if new stocks are required. In this case delivery may be between 14 -28 days. You will be notified if this is the case with any item by email.
- Whilst every effort has been made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on our website, the actual colours you see will depend on your own monitor. We can not guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
- All sizes and measurements given are as accurate as possible.
- Our website is updated on a regular basis.
Purchase of Orders
- The debit or credit card details you give to Multisafepay will be validated before your order can be accepted. Once this is done, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your order brings about a legally binding agreement between us. - All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by Multisafepay. We only process orders which have been screened and accepted by Multisafepay.
- If your order is flagged by a 'warning' from Multisafepay, we will immediately contact you by email. Without this further information being provided, we will cancel your order and you will be refunded via Multisafepay accordingly.
- Please note if there is a difference between the delivery address and invoice address areas of the order form, if your billing address (where your bank card is registered too) is different from the desired delivery address, you must tick the box at the bottom of that page, and then continue to fill out the details of your billing address. Negligence of this part of the order process, may result in Multisafepay flagging a 'warning' against your card.
- If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you. We reserve the right to reject any orders at any time.
Payment Details
- Payment by credit/debit card, all details (for example, card number or expiration date) will be sent by encrypted protocol to Multisafepay which provide remote electronic payment services, without third parties having any access thereto whatsoever. Such details will not be used by Hot Trendy Petshop except for performing the procedure relevant to your purchase or issuing relevant refunds in the case of returns.
- All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the card issuer does not authorise payment, we will not process the order.
- All prices and charges are shown in Euro's. They include any VAT payable but exclude delivery charges.
